- We value your time please value ours and the time of other patrons. Your appointment time is reserved for you, please arrive on time.
- If an appointment needs to be cancelled or changed, we appreciate 12 hours notice.
- If you are booked for a Spa service, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to get settled in.
- Please limit cell phone use to a minimum, and no cell phones in the Zazou Spa Relaxation Lounge.
- Gift cards are non transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
- We accept: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Debit.
- Gratuities are appreciated, and are not included in your service fees.
- When booking for the first time at Zazou for any service we do require a credit card number or deposit in order to hold appointments. Nothing is charged to your card when booking.
- We do have a 12 hour cancellation policy and if we do not receive 12 hours notice, or if you do not arrive for your appointment, we do charge for half the service cost in order to compensate for the service providers time.
- For multiple bookings or first time appointments, we require a credit card or Zazou Gift Card to reserve your appointment. 48 hours is needed to cancel group bookings without charge. If less cancellation notice is given Zazou charges 50% of your listed booking rate.
- For the safety of your children, chemicals & hot tools are present, please use your discretion when bringing kids into Zazou Salon & Spa.
